1860 Spencer House is a gracious, welcoming Victorian home, renovated in 2009-10.  This Victorian lady sits on a spacious lawn and is nestled among stately pines on a hill overlooking the valley.  This home is located on the edge of the village of Milford in a very private setting, less than a 10-minute drive to the Dreams Park. Guests enjoy dining and relaxing on the large wrap around deck.  There are 2 guest rooms on the first floor and 4 guest rooms on the second floor. Some of the floors are wood while others have wall-to-wall carpet.  There are window A/C units throughout.  There are 7 TVs – 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.
