Apple Tree Apt 2 -  is very conveniently located in the center of Milford, less than a five-minute ride from Cooperstown Dreams Park, or just 10 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown.  Laid out efficiently and always sparkling clean, Apple Tree Apartments are a great value for a small family. The Village Park is across the street, while Rail Explorers and the Charlotte Valley Railroad station are a block away. This is a scenic railroad that runs only during the day. Three local breweries are close by, one within walking distance. 

Apple Tree Apt 2 is located on the second floor of this renovated historic building.  It is the whole second floor of the duplex. There is a private covered entry on the left side of the building. A private balcony off the back area provided private outdoor space. There is a patio area complete with picnic table and grill available for your use.

The bedroom has a queen bed. For additional sleeping there are two day beds in the living room, the daybeds provide a total of 3 twin beds. There is an updated bathroom with a tub and a shower. The kitchen has a classic 2 burner cooktop for times gone by, please note there is no oven.
