Cancellation Policy    

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to the Reserved Arrival Date

1. The guest will receive 90% of the rental payment(s) paid to date.
   
2. Cancellation Fee is equal to 10% of the rental fees paid to date.
3. Regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. This applies to Direct and VRBO bookings. 

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the Reserved Arrival Date

1. NO refund unless we are able to re-book, this only applies to DIRECT BOOKINGS with CooperstownStay.com. IF the property is re-booked, the guest will receive 90% of the rental payment(s) paid to date. 
2. IF you booked outside of CooperstownStay.com there is no refund less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
3. Cancellation Fee is equal to 10% of the rental fees paid to date.
4. This applies to Direct and VRBO bookings. 

 
*Cancellations from Reservations made on Airbnb*

1. *Airbnb booking Cancellation is subject to the individual platform's rules and regulations.
2. Airbnb cancellation 'Super Strict' option is the closest option to Cooperstown Stay's cancellation policy.
   • Guests receives 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival.
   • NO refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. 
3. No relocations offered for Airbnb reservations.

Relocation Policy 
CooperstownStay.com Direct Bookings Only

1. ONLY If you BOOK DIRECT with Cooperstown Stay,  can you RELOCATE within Cooperstown Stay's other offerings.
2. Relocations are only accepted 30 or more days prior to the reserved arrival date.
3. NO Cancellation Fee and NO Relocation Fee for qualifying relocations. 
4. Relocations are done over the phone ONLY, 607.547.6260. 
5. No relocations for VRBO or Airbnb reservations.
