Bavarian Farm - An exquisite home sitting at the crest of a gentle knoll with a majestic, long distance view of the valley. It features a spacious living room, complete with a hardwood floor and a tile-framed gas fireplace. The cathedral ceiling  and multiple windows and doors allow for natural light to fill the room. Your family will enjoy the ambiance created by an open floor plan that flows easily from the kitchen to dining to the living area. Glass doors off the living area lead the spacious wrap-around deck. 

The bathrooms, kitchen and den are finished with well chosen tile flooring. Yes, there is a bedroom with king bed and en suite bath on the first floor.  The stylish décor is warm and welcoming.

A six-acre lawn surrounds the home. A large fire pit provides enjoyment for family campfires under the stars. Bavarian Farm is an easy scenic drive to Cooperstown and the Dreams Park is less than 15 minutes.

There a other rental units on the property if you have more in your party and want to stay together but have separate spaces! There is a basement apartment,  Bavarian Farm Apartment and another apartment over the garage Bavarian Farm Studio. All units are private and do not have access to one another.
